| I really can't believe it but Deaver Brown is doing it again.Since dedicating this section of our company web site to Deaver Brown and his wife Christina Rago, I have received much e-mail from you, the readers. While much of the e-mail has been positive, some has not been so kind. It has been suggested that I am being, "Petty", and "Vindictive" and "Bitter". While I can not agree with the petty and vindictive, I will agree to a modicum of bitterness. Fortunately, lifes lessons are forged from the bitterness. In addition, while sometimes unpleasant, these lessons are necessary in the grand scheme of things. Of course, I do not wish to gloss over the money. When you are owed six figures from a jury verdict, you want the money. Leave us not forget that no matter what I say, or what Deaver Brown says, The People of Massachusetts and, The Law have spoken. In addition, they both said the same thing. Deaver Brown is a VERY naughty boy! I do wish however to address those writers who have chosen to attack me touting such rants as, "Are you just out to get this guy Deaver Brown", to those who merely state, "You are wearing your bitterness on your sleeve", to the ever astute, "Get over it." Wishing to dispel the "Lone Gunman with a grudge theory", let's take a look at the list of "parties in interest" pertaining to Adversary Proceeding No. 99-1031, Mark G. Degiacomo, Chapter 7 Trustee of C.D. Titles, Inc., Plaintiff V. Deaver Brown A/K/A David Deaver Brown, Defendant.
I think it is fair to say at this point that I am not alone. Now, Deaver is at it all over again. Having had a peek at the SimplyMedia web site, we see that Deaver has abandoned his tax magazine and association with his on-line tax filing service, reached back into the CD-Titles archives and is bringing out "The Simply Series" and other CD-Titles assets all over again. The best part of it is, he is doing it for $4.95 per disk. Unlike Deaver Brown, I do not have a Harvard MBA. But it does not take Harvard MBA to realize that if you sign contracts for the rights to materials and never pay on your contracts, then sign contracts to have disks produced and never pay on your contracts, then never pay your packaging, shipping, and printers, then sell your product for $4.95 each, you can make a ton of money. The business plan is not that difficult. When cost of goods is Zero, profits tend to be abundant. Just to be absolutely clear as to why I am doing this..... I want for this to serve as as a warning for ANYONE who would think of doing business with Deaver Brown, or his wife, Christina Rago. Look very closely at the people you are considering doing business with. Who are they, what do they do, and how do they do it. Most importantly, what have they done in the past? Your best defense will always be RESEARCH! |
